Two educators from Greater Moncton have received a Minister’s In Excellence Award.
Julie Allain from Riverview High, and Sondra Kitchen from Mountain View School, were presented with the awards this week in Fredericton. They were chosen for Anglophone East.
The annual award recognizes educators who have shown outstanding commitment, enthusiasm, and leadership in the learning and development of the young people in their care.
“These individuals are inspirational examples of excellence in education,” said Education and Early Childhood Development Minister Brian Kenny. “They encourage and mentor our children and youth by creating the best conditions possible for their educational success.”
Twelve educators in the Anglophone school districts were given awards.
