Two Salisbury Area Men Charged In ATM Thefts

Two men have been charged in connection with stolen ATM’s.

RCMP say the arrests were made following a string of break and enters in Southeast New Brunswick over the summer.

Mounties carried out a search warrant at a home in Monteagle and at a home in Salisbury this week.

Police say 30-year-old Joshua Jacob is now in custody until another court appearance next week and is facing five charges including theft, mischief and committing an offence while wearing a mask.

Meantime, 36-year-old Matthew Jacob is facing similar charges but has been released and will return to court later this month.
