The Town of Riverview is tearing down a former public works garage at 445 Pine Glen Road.
Demolition will take place over the next couple of weeks to make way for a new development.
Officials say the work is being done during daytime hours (7am to 7pm) and every effort will be made to keep noise and disruption to a minimum.
Town employees including engineering, public works and utility staff moved to the new Riverview Operations Centre on Robertson Street off Gunningsville Boulevard earlier this year.
