If you felt the ground shake beneath your feet early this evening, you weren’t alone.
Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) says a 2.8 magnitude earthquake was recorded in the Saint John area.
It was centered about 17 kilometres west-northwest of the city and was reported at 7:19 p.m.
There are no reports of any damage as a result.
As of 10 p.m., NRCan has received more than 60 reports from people who say they felt the earthquake.
