NB Liquor Reports 4.9 Per Cent Increase in Sales For Second Quarter

NB Liquor’s second quarter results show a 4.9 per cent increase in sales, totalling $128.9 million.

Of the four key products sales groups, coolers and ciders reported the highest percentage growth at 15.7 per cent, up $1.7 million.

Beer sales rose 4.1 per cent, or $2.5 million, while wine sales climbed $700,000, or 2.9 per cent.

Finally, spirit sales jumped $1 million over the same time period last year – also a 4.1 per cent increase.
