Police say a woman has died after a two-vehicle crash on the south side of Fredericton.
Sgt. Scott MacKenzie of the Fredericton Police Force said the crash happened at Prospect Street and Hanwell Road around 3 p.m. on Saturday.
MacKenzie told our newsroom the woman, who was a passenger in one of the vehicles, died from her injuries in hospital.
No one else was hurt, he said, and the cause of the crash is still being investigated.
