44-Year Old Man Charged With Committing ‘Indignity To Human Remains’

A 44-year old man is facing an additional charge relating to the death of 35-year old Candice Kennedy-Faguy.

Claude Francis Blanchard was charged with committing an indignity to human remains.

He is already charged with one count of first degree murder in the death of Kennedy-Faguy, believed to have taken place on September 22nd, or 23rd.

She was reported missing on the 22nd, and her body was found on West Lane the afternoon of September 26th.

Blanchard will remain in custody until his next court appearance November 2nd at 1:30 in the afternoon.
