On Thursday the TV show The Detectives showed the tragic case of the abduction, rape and murder of eight-year-old Jackie Clark in Fredericton in June of 1995.
Mike Richard who was the lead detective on the case did the TV show and has a Gofund Me page in Jackie’s memory.
“It really started with the fact that the production company pays a consulting fee and there is just no way that I wanted to receive any financial gain, but I said heck ya I will take your money and we will put it towards something in Jackie’s name,” stated Richard.
The money will go towards computers and books and other items for the Jackie Clark memorial library at the school she attended on Fredericton’s northside.
