A 32-year old man has been charged in relation to an armed robbery at the CIBC Bank on Mountain Road on January 23rd.
Aaron Andrew Lamore, from Ontario, was charged with armed robbery and breach of probation in court today.
He has been ordered to undergo a 30 day psychiatric assessment.
He was arrested without incident around 7 yesterday evening at a house on Edgett Avenue following a four hour standoff with police.
Codiac RCMP had set up a perimeter, and crisis negotiators were brought in to speak with the man.
His next court appearance is scheduled for March 2nd.
