The longest lobster roll, didn’t last long.
It was created in Shediac, at 106 feet and two inches, made with 85 pounds of meat from 300 lobsters, along with a lot of lettuce, and mayonaisse.
It took 300 guests and volunteers to eat it, but it was gone in about 20 minutes.
The excitement continues in Shediac this weekend, with the Lobster festival. It runs all weekend with entertainment, rides and a little something for everyone.
