Codiac RCMP say efforts are underway to identify a man whose body was pulled from the Petitcodiac River.
Police say an autopsy is being performed but no details are available yet.
Numerous 911 calls came in late yesterday afternoon about reports of a body seen floating down the river.
Mounties and firefighters recovered the body from the river behind the Byron Dobson Arena in Riverview.
