A group of businesses in the Sussex-area hosting a rally in hopes of resurrecting the shale gas industry just in their neck of the woods.
Marcus Dewinter says residents in the area believe they have met the conditions for shale gas exploration so the Province should consider lifting the moratorium regionally so Corridor Resources to resume testing.
The rally outside the Timberland Motel is coming up on Route 114 in Penobsquis at 11 Thursday morning.
The Gallant Government has already ruled out lifting the mortatorium regionally.
