A Moncton man is under arrest in the wake of two armed robberies overnight.
Codiac RCMP were called to a gas station around 11:45, and a convenience store at 4 in the morning.
They say a man, claimning to be armed, walked into both stores, and demanded money.
In both cases, the robber fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Police believe the same man is responsible for both robberies.
Around 8:30 this morning, they arrested one man in the Victoria Park area in connection with the robberies.
He was scheduled to appear in court this afternoon.
