Bodies Of Fishermen Recovered From Bay Of Chaleur

The bodies of two fishermen were pulled from the waters in the Bay of Chaleur early this morning, after the boat overturned.

RCMP were called to the coast of the Miller Brook Wharf, near Janeville this morning.

The names of the fishermen haven’t been released, but they have been identified as a 45 year old Bathurst man and a 67 year old man from Salmon Beach.

A third man was rescued and was taken to hospital, treated and then released.
