The case involving the RCMP and alleged Canada Labour Code violations returns to court this afternoon.
The RCMP are charged with four safety violations relating to equipment, training and supervision in connection with the deaths of three officers in June of 2014.
RCMP are expected to enter a plea at today’s curt appearance.
