Trial dates have been set for the first of three people charged with first degree murder and arson in the death of 18 year old Baylee Wylie in Moncton.
The judge and jury trial for 18 year old Devin Morningstar will begin October 18th.
Eight weeks have been set aside.
18 year old Tyler Noel and 20 year old Marissa Shephard are also charged with first degree murder and arson.
Four others are facing charges of being and accessory to first-degree murder after the fact.
