A New Brunswick couple are going home hundreds of thousands of dollars richer today.
Clarence and Lucie Allain from Notre Dame New Brunswick won $940,000 on an ALC “Dream Decade” scratch ticket.
Despite winning almost a million dollars, the couple has not made any concrete plans on what to do with their winnings.
“We have plans, but we’re not certain,” says Clarence. “Our main thing is to take it slow steps at a time and see exactly what’s going to happen.”
In the mean time, Clarence said he was likely to retire this week, and help his wife in their greenhouse.
