The New Brunswick Health Council is beginning it’s Hospital Patient Care Experience Survey across the province.
CEO Stephane Robichaud says this type of survey is done on a three year cycle, and it was done for the first time in 2010.
He says that gives them a chance to see trends over time.
“So the questions really want to key in on the care experience,” says Robichaud. ” So what was your experience as a patient, as a client, in this institution.”
Robichaud says they look at many standards including cleanliness, quietness, and responsiveness of staff
