There was a 5.3 percent increase in wine sales, which represents an additional $1.3 million in spending compared to last year.
Beer sales grew 1.4 percent, up $700,000.
NB Liquor’s net earning for the latest quarter was $46.3 million.
Total sales for the quarter reached $107.6 million.
