If you’re trying to get tickets to see Taylor Swift on Magnetic Hill next summer, don’t be fooled.
A website has been posted advertising a Magnetic Hill Music Festival for 2016, that apparently will bring Swift, Sam Smith, Hozier and Vance Joy to the Hub City.
An inquiry on the City of Moncton Facebook page asked about the concert .stating that they tried to buy tickets, but the site came up with a message that they weren’t accepting payments.
The City has responded stating that it is a fraudulent website that has been posing as an event at the hill, and to their knowledge, it is a college web development project.
The City also says whenever an event is held at Magnetic Hill, the promoter makes a public announcement..
