Seven month old Harlow Hachey is currently under going treatment for brain cancer.
In October, her family noticed her head was not forming as it should, and the doctor told them she had a seven centimetre tumour.
Baby Harlow underwent a 12 hour surgery, but she will now undergo chemotherapy and other treatments.
Patricia Taylor is a member of the Chase the Racecars fundraising team, and she says they’ve put together an event to try and help with expenses for the family.
She says, “Every dime that is raised will go to a bank account that the Mother needs to pay the monthly bills that need to be paid, so she can take some time off to be by her baby’s side.”
The event is being held Saturday, December 12th at the Salisbury Legion.
