A decision is expected next week on whether or not a Moncton man accused of attempted murder should be released on bail.
45 year old Clark Edward Hannah appeared in Moncton court yesterday.
Hannah is facing several charges after an incident in August that left a man with serious injuries
31 year old Shawn Bourgeois was run over by a car in a parking lot. He remains in hospital.
