A 28 year old PEI man charged in connection with a bizarre incident on the Confederation Bridge returns to court this afternoon.
Scott McNally of Borden-Carleton is facing several charges after the incident on September 1st that left an RCMP officer injured.
McNally is accused of stealing a pick-up truck on the Bridge and dragging an officer for a considerable distance.
Constable Ryan Jewitt suffered non-life threatening injuries.
