Reynolds Absent In Court Again

Another adjournment in the Jesse Reynolds case at the Saint John Law Courts.

He was not present in court this morning and his lawyer and the crown both requested a two week adjournement.

Reynolds is facing a charge of committing an indignity to a body relating to the death of 20 year old Jessica Ann Miller of Apohaqui in July.

Reynold’s lawyer David Lutz telling the judge that the police investigation is ongoing.

Jesse Reynolds is due back in court on October 5th at 130pm and he will stay in jail until then.

Miller’s body was found in woods west of Saint John on July 13th.
