The New Brunswick Court of Appeal has dismissed an appeal in a fatal drunk driving case.
It was filed by 42 year old Boyd Reginald Atkinson, who is serving 10 years behind bars for several charges including impaired driving causing death.
36 year old Kathy Horsman was killed at Berry Mills Road and Edinburgh Drive in April of 2013…in a collision with Atkinsons car.
Atkinson’s blood alcohol limit was 3.7 times the legal limit at the time of the accident.
A passenger in Atkinsons vehicle was also injured.
