New retail life will be coming to the former Target location in Moncton on Mountain Road.
Canadian Tire Corporation has announced it has finalized a deal to buy 12 former Target leases across the country for almost $18 million.
Target closed its retail stores last month after a disastrous two year expansion in Canada.
Canadian Tire has also bought a former Target lease in Halifax but the others are in Quebec and westward.
The transaction is still subject to court approval.
