Here we go again…
Environment Canada has posted a snowfall warning for Metro Moncton with up to 20 cm of snow expected by tonight.
As a result of the storm system…
ALL schools in Anglophone East School District, Anglophone North School District and Francophone South School District are closed for the day.
A developing low pressure system is responsible for the the snow which will intensify as it passes through the Bay of Fundy this afternoon and northeast into the Gulf of St Lawrence tonight.
Heavy snow is expected by the noon hour.
The system is expected to taper off this evening.
However, gusty winds are expected to create blowing snow this evening.
