RCMP Investigating Possibility Sussex Explosion Is Tied To Drug Production

An explosion at a Sussex apartment building that sent two men to hospital could be drug-related.

Sussex RCMP and the RCMP clandestine lab experts are looking into the possibility that the explosion is tied to the production of illegal drugs.

The two injured men are suffering severe burns however everyone else in the building was able to get out safely. According to the Canadian Red Cross, a couple and their five-year-old and infant sons live in the other apartment unit.

The Mounties looking into reports of susipicious activity near the apartment building right after the explosion.
