To say that the cleanup from the winter storms that have struck our region recently is a big job would be an understatement – and the hard work of snow removal crews being recognized in the New Brunswick Legislature.
Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Roger Melanson says these men and women work long hours in tremendous conditions to keep our roads safe.
He also sends a reminder to drivers to be careful during storm, saying drivers should be avoiding heading out on the roads when authorities are warning the public to suspend all non-essential travel.
Melanson says last Sunday’s blizzard has been defined as the third most important in the history of New Brunswick.
