18 year old Justin Christopher Bennett of Saint John in court facing a charge of manslaughter in the death of his uncle.
32 year old Scott Bennett died after a stabbing incident on the Norris Road on the city’s east side Wednesday night.
Police arrested two adults and one teen at the home.
Justin Bennett is being held in custody until a bail hearing on Monday morning.
