New Brunswick Girl Continues To See Improvement

An update on a story we did before Christmas about a nine year old New Brunswick girl who lost parts of her arms and legs due to a Type-A strep bacteria.

According to a post on her Facebook page, “Prayers for Alyssa”, she is leaving the intensive care unit at the IWK Hospital in Halifax, after being there for over
two months, and she is moving to a room on a different floor.

Her recovery is going very well.

Donations have been pouring in for Alyssa Sippley and her family.

Over $109, 000 dollars has been raised. Their goal is to raise $150, 000.
