Endzo Is Fredericton’s New Police Dog

Fredericton Police introducing their new police dog….Endzo.

He’s a 2 year old pure-bred German Shepherd weighing 82 pounds and still growing born at the RCMP Police Service Dog Training Centre in Innisfail Alberta.

He can track people and search for guns, spent shell casings, drugs, missing people and is also trained in obedience, agility and retrieving.

Endzo is a working dog so he can’t be pet or handled by the public at anytime, nor can he accept treats from the public.

If you see Endzo working in your neighbourhood, you are asked to stay in your house.

The Fredericton Police Dog Team is always looking for buildings to train in so if you are a Fredericton Business owner and have a space or a building the team can use please contact Endzo’s handler Constable Yerxa at 506-460-2300.
