UPDATE: The Family Of A Missing Woman Releases A Statement

The family of a missing St. Stephen area woman says they have been living through a nightmare.

53 year old Dorothy Tucker of Oak Haven has been missing for over a week.

In a statement released by the RCMP her family says only a family that has gone through something like this can understand what its like.

They find it troubling to hear that the RCMP believe someone was involved in her disappearance.

She is described as a kind woman who loves her four grandchildren and lives every day for them.

The family pleads for anyone with information on where Dorothy is to come forward saying we know at least one person, if not more, knows something about what happened to her.

Dorothy Tucker is about 5’5′ tall with a medium build. She has shoulder length auburn hair, blue eyes and wears glasses. She may have been wearing a navy sweater, dark jeans with rips on the front and tan coloured boots.

If anyone has any information regarding Dorothy Tucker or her whereabouts, please contact the St. Stephen RCMP at 1-888-506-RCMP(7267) or contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
