The brand new Moncton High School in Royal Oaks will create many more opportunities for both staff and students when it finally opens in late January.
Anglophone East District Superintendent Greg Ingersoll says many of the programs being offered at the new school are not available at the current school.
He says, “It’s an up to date modern facility, so it has labs, and work rooms and space for vocational education programs. It also has two gymnasiums.”
Furniture and equipment are expected to be delivered at the new school this week.
