RCMP have identified the two men found dead in a MacAleese Lane apartment building yesterday as a 29-year old man and a 36-year-old man, both from Moncton.
Their names are not being released until family members are notified.
Mounties are awaiting the results of autopsies to determine the cause of their deaths.
Police say officers went to the apartment on MacAleese Lane Sunday morning looking for the 29-year-old man who had been reported missing on Friday.
While the man didn’t live there he was known to visit the apartment.
When there was no answer at the door and a noticeable odour was coming from inside the apartment, officers went in and found the two men dead.
Foul play has not been ruled out.
