$1000 Reward For Info About Teens Who Stole Purse From Woman In Wheelchair

Saint John police are looking for help tracking down two teenagers who stole a purse from a woman confined to a wheelchair.

Police say it happened in the area of Newport Crescent and Millidge Avenue in the city’s North end on Tuesday October 28th just before 4pm. After stealing the purse the two teenagers fled the area on foot going towards Churchill Boulevard.

One of the boys is described as being Caucasian, 15-16 years old with a medium build, five foot five, with a slender face. He was wearing a dark ball cap with a black shirt and dark blue jeans.

The second boy is described as also being Caucasian, with a tanned complexion and standing five foot five. He was wearing a ball cap, a dark top with a hoodie, blue jeans and white sneakers.
