A 25-year-old Moncton man has been charged with attempted murder and aggravated assault.
Jamie Richard Cormier appeared in court today in connection with a stabbing that happened last Saturday near Main and Westmorland Streets in downtown Moncton.
A 42-year-old man was injured and was released from hospital after receiving treatment.
Police are seeking another man in connection with the crime who is still at large.
Codiac RCMP along with Crimestoppers are asking anyone with information to give them a call.
