UPDATE: Solider Killed In Ottawa ID’d

Flags will be at half mast in honour of the young solider killed Wednesday while on duty in Ottawa. Twenty-four year old Corporal Nathan Cirillo was killed in the deadly attack near the National War Memorial. The 24 year-old was a native of Hamilton, Ontario. Cirillo was gunned down while on duty. The suspected shooter was later killed in a hail of gun fire in the Halls of Honour at the Parliament Building. The shooter has been identified as 32 year old Michael Zehar Bibeau of Quebec. In an address to the country, Prime Minister Stephen Harper called the shootings in Ottawa “acts of terror”. He adds “We will not be intimidated. Canada will not be intimidated.”
