Charges have now been laid in the murder of a Salisbury teen in Alberta.
According to reports in the Edmonton Journal, 55-year-old Garrett Michael Oshvalda is facing a couple of charges including second degree murder.
RCMP have confirmed that Oshvalda and the victim, 18-year-old Allen Neil Wilson knew each other.
Wilson’s body was found on September 21st in a rural area, west of Edmonton.
He had travelled from New Brunswick to Alberta this past summer for work.
Police haven’t said how he died, but have confirmed it was homicide.
Oshvalda will appear in court today.
