Growler beer jugs are being introduced at three NB Liquor stores as a pilot project running until March.
Dieppe’s Regis Street store, Fredericton’s Prospect Street store and the Kennebecasis Valley store are taking part.
NB Liquor spokesperson Marcelle Saulnier says customers will have a choice of three taps to fill up their growler jug at a cost of 10 to 15 dollars.
Saulnier says the three tap offerings will vary – for example at the Dieppe Regis store, you are likely to find a Molson product, a Pumphouse product and one other.
As a promotion, the first 100 customers who arrive at the Dieppe Regis store tomorrow will receive a free beer growler jug worth about 10 dollars.
The same deal applies at the Prospect Street store and the Kennebecasis Valley store.
