It’s a dream come true for Bernice MacNaughton High School.
They finally have a field to call their own, and they are hoping to attract as many people as possible to their first official homecoming game.
Aodhan Murphy is the Student Government President at the High school this year. He says the October 10th football game between Bernice MacNaughton and Mathieu-Martin is going to be an exciting one, and they ‘re hoping to draw as much attention as possible.
“We’ve never had a home field before, and we always played at Rocky Stone, which most high schools have. We don’t really have that many graduating classes because we only started in 2003 and also because it is very difficult for a student government to have to organize one of these things because you have to get in touch with all of the alumni.”
All Bernice MacNaughton alumni are encouraged to attend Friday night’s game.
