Judge To Decide On Whether Baby Taylor Case Goes To Trial

The judge will decide today whether or not the Baby Taylor case will go to trial.

Final arguments in the preliminary hearing were presented eariler this week. A Judge will determine today whethere there is enough evidence in the case.

Thirty-one-year old Christine Margaret Wood, faces three charges, attempted murder, and improperly or indecently interfering with human remains and disposing of a dead body.

Wood was arrested in May 2013, four years after the body of a newborn baby boy was found in a snowbank on Taylor Road in Monteagle.
