A 40-year-old Saint-Paul man facing charges of aggravated assault and unlawful confinement returns to court in October.
David Beaulieu appeared in Moncton court yesterday, and media reports say the case was set over to October 20th.
Beaulieu was arrested in August after after RCMP located a van in Dieppe, with an injured woman in the back.
The 34-year-old woman was taken to hospital.
