A man accused of kidnapping his 19-year-old ex-girlfriend, and holding her against her will, will have to wait until later this week to see if he will be released from custody.
Media reports say 25-year-old Hyper James A’Hern appeared in Moncton court yesterday, but the Judge was not present.
The case was putover until Friday.
A’Hern was arrested in August, and is facing several charges including kidnapping, uttering death threats, and criminal harassment.
