The system is broken and needs to be changed………So says Provincial NDP leader Dominic Cardy who was campaigning yesterday in the Saint John area.
He argues there’s too much control being exerted on the M-L-A’s by those he calls the backroom boys in the Premier’s office.
Cardy says the expertise of senior civil servants should be drawn upon more to avoid bad deals like Atcon that wound up costing taxpayers dearly.
