A new poll by NRG Research Group out of Winnipeg shows that the economy and jobs are top on the list when it comes to the priorities of voters leading up to the September 22nd election.
The poll was conducted from August 18 to the 21st.
39 per cent said employment and unemployment were top issues, and 18 per cent said the economy. Health was next at 13 per cent.
The poll also asked who New Brunswickers would vote for if the election was held today.
The Liberals received 34 per cent, while the Tories received 26 per cent of the vote, the NDP sat at 13 per cent, the Green party received 5 per cent, and 14 per cent were undecided.
