Ann Agnew, 79 of Harcourt passed away suddenly on Thursday, June 18, 2026. Born in Harcourt, she was the daughter of the late George and Hazel (Thorne) Morris.
Ann was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She was formerly employed with the Audit department at the T. Eaton Co. Ltd. She was a member of Harcourt Legion Branch #75 as well as a member of the Legion auxiliary. In past years she enjoyed bowling at Fairlanes, walking, working with stained glass, was an avid country music fan and socializing with her many friends.
Ann is survived by her husband of 61 years, Charles Agnew, sons Aron (Niki), Adam (Darcy), Jamie (Tammy); grandchildren Tyler, Alex, Owen, Allison and Grace;
sisters Diane Cudmore (late Vaughn), Sylvia Warren (late Everett), Nancy Morris, Susan LeBlanc (Don) and Sandra Tingley (late Arnold); brothers Caman Morris (Nancy), Timothy Morris (Cheryl) and Danny Morris (Karen), sister in law Sharon Morris; numerous nieces and nephews.
Aside from her parents, she was predeceased by brothers John and Phillip and sister Ava Wylie.
Funeral Service will be held from Fergusons Funeral Home Chapel,1657 Mountain Rd. Moncton (506-858-1995), on Friday, June 26, 2026 at 1:00 PM, with Pastor Paul Leger officiating. Reception to follow the service at the Harcourt Legion. Interment, Harcourt Joint Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Harcourt Joint Cemetery fund (C/O, Charles Agnew- Treasurer, 101 Willowdale Lane Harcourt NB E4T 4M3).
