H. Nancy Tinch, 83, of Moncton, passed away within the comforts of her home on Tuesday, March 24, 2026. Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Vernon and Helen (nee Turner) Steeves.
Nancy was a graduate of Moncton High School and The United Baptist Bible Training School. She worked for Valpak of Greater Moncton, Mutual Life Insurance, Securitas and lastly Speilo. She was a member of the Red Hatters, and enjoyed time with those ladies. But most important to Nancy was time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She will be sadly missed by her children, Margaret Colwell (Andrew) and Mike Tinch (Khristine); grandsons, Alexander, William, Chance and Blaze; as well as her many extended family members and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, John Tinch.
In keeping with Nancy’s wishes there will be no visitation hours or funeral service. Interment will be held at a later date in Elmwood Cemetery.
