Robert LeBlanc

1956 ~ 2026

Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, NB – It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Robert LeBlanc, aged 70, on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at his residence in Sainte-Marie-de-Kent.

Born in Bathurst, NB, on February 16, 1956, he was the son of the late Alderie LeBlanc and the late Anna LeBlanc (née Comeau).

Robert will be sadly missed by his common-law wife, of 54 years, Claudette Allain; his two daughters, Jennifer (Curtis) Legacy of Notre-Dame-de-Kent and Jessica LeBlanc (Jason Richard) of Saint-Thomas-de-Kent. He also leaves to mourn his siblings: Jackie (Tommy) Keddy, Linda (Ian) Keddy, and Denise LeBlanc, all of Moncton; Lise (Yvon) Robichaud and Guy (Pauline), both of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent; Claude (Rachelle) and Jean-Pierre (Monique), both of Notre-Dame-de-Kent. He also leaves one nephew, Marc LeBlanc, and one great-niece, Danika LeBlanc.

Robert was a dedicated employee at A & P Concrete in Sainte-Marie-de-Kent for many years.

Robert lost his battle with cancer, but his illness never stopped him from fighting every day. He always stayed positive and his family never left his side. He had a big passion for nature that started from a young age while working in the woods with his father. Robert was a very intelligent man, a jack of all trades kind of a person. He would always be the first one to lend a helping hand when needed. His spirit will always live on.

There will be no visitation at this time. A private service will be held at a later date.

Donations in Robert’s memory may be made to the family.
