It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Paul Carroll, who passed away on February 1, 2026, at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont Hospital, at the age of 73.

Born in Moncton on December 3, 1952, Paul was the son of the late Joseph and Edna (Cormier) Carroll.

In his younger years, Paul was a competitive bodybuilder and later developed a strong interest in weightlifting, pursuits that reflected his discipline and determination. He was also a lifelong fan of country music, which brought him great enjoyment. For several years, Paul proudly operated Paul’s Mobile Music, sharing his love of music with many throughout the community.

A dedicated and hardworking man, Paul was always employed and held many positions over the years until his retirement. He was known for his strong work ethic and his independent spirit.

Paul is survived by his sisters, Joanne Smith (Doug) and Linda Carroll, as well as many friends who will miss him dearly. He was predeceased by his parents and by his sister, Gloria Carroll.

In keeping with Paul’s wishes, cremation has taken place, with no visitation or funeral service.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society of New Brunswick.
